尽管已经工作了20年,但在要求与单位签订无固定期限劳动合同时却被除名。在仲裁申请不被支持、一审二审接连败诉之后,当事人提请检察院抗诉--前不久,年近5旬的中年汉子徐赞,来到江苏省东台市检察院民行科。徐赞与东台市检察院民行科的工作人员一不沾亲二不带故,到这里干什么?事情还要从5年前徐赞因要求与单位签订无固定期限劳动合同被除名而引发的一起劳动纠纷案件说起。一纸通知劳动权利被剥夺徐赞于1981年被安排到某供销社工作。由于徐赞工作积极、表现较好,1995年12月10日,供销社与徐赞签订了期限为5年的劳动合同。
