一、信息技术教师专业发展概述不同学者对教师专业发展的理解与定义都不同,其中国外学者霍伊尔认为,骄傲是专业发展贯穿于教师职业一生,为了提高自己的职业能力不断学习相关专业知识与教学技能的一个长期过程。我国学者叶澜也对教师专业发展做出解释,他认为教师专业发展就是教师的专业成长过程,也是不断发展、更新、丰富教师内在专业结构的过程。在某种程度上,教师的专业发展也可以说是教师的自我发展,是通过不断阅读、学习、实践,以提升自己的专业教学能力
