针对某型主减速器润滑系统中的喷嘴喷射影响,采用一维流体仿真软件Flowmaster软件仿真方法,提出较全面和准确的分析模型。并利用Flowmaster软件建立某型直升机主减速器润滑系统喷嘴的仿真模型,分别以0.35 MPa和0.40 MPa的供油压力为单一变量对模型进仿真研究,然后,对仿真模拟的结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,验证该仿真方法和模拟的有效性与准确性。
Aiming at the influence of nozzle injection in a main reducer lubrication system, a one-dimensional fluid simulation software Flowmaster software simulation method is adopted to present a more comprehensive and accurate analysis model. The simulation model of the nozzle of a certain type of helicopter main reducer lubrication system was established by using Flowmaster software. The model was simulated by taking the oil supply pressure of 0.35 MPa and 0.40 MPa as the single variable respectively. Then, the simulation results were compared with the experimental results Compare and verify the validity and accuracy of this simulation method and simulation.
