在2012年1月6日召开的2012年全国卫生工作会议上,卫生部党组书记张茅指出,“十二五”是深化医改的攻坚阶段,也是建立基本医疗卫生制度的关键时期。国务院正在制定的“十二五”期间深化医药卫生体制改革规划,将成为深化医改新阶段的行动纲领。卫生行政部门必须及早谋划,在创新机制上下功夫,重点抓好五项改革。
At the 2012 National Conference on Health Work held on January 6, 2012, Zhang Mao, party secretary of the Ministry of Health, pointed out that the “12th Five-Year Plan” is a critical period for deepening medical reform and is also a crucial period for establishing a basic medical and health system. The plan formulated by the State Council to deepen the reform of the medical and health system during the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” will be the program of action for deepening the new phase of medical reform.
