大肠菌群主要来源于人与动物的肠道,是食品及水受污染的主要细菌卫生学指标,也是目前评价食具消毒效果的一项重要指标。因此,选择大肠菌群检测方法尤其重要。2009年10月黄岩区疾病预防控制中心实验室根据GB 14934—1994中的检测要求,对186份不同行业的食具进行了大肠菌群发酵法与纸片法的对比实验,结果分析如下。
