时深转换程序 TEUF——将时间剖面转换为偏移后的深度剖面的程序。当作者20年前第一次投身于地震反射法时,整天从大约10张大的简单的地震记录中对比反射波并用虚炮点法或切线法将它们偏移(即将它们归到真实的深度位置上)。工具是直尺、两脚规,有时也用波前量板。自从那时以来,反射地震在各方面都有了革命性的变革。模拟磁带记录、多次覆盖、数字记录和数字处理都有了发展。由于有了地震剖面图使解释变得容易了。可是作为结果显示的深度剖面仍是根据人工逐个检测的反射波。当然用数字计算和偏移后的反射层绘制程序可以经济合理地进行。
