1 序言 武汉市管道煤气公司现有直径3m的水煤气炉3台,均由上海鼓风机厂产D_(700)-13-2离心空气鼓风机送风,其标称值风量为700m~3/h,进口风压为93.157kPa,出口风压力120.62kPa,风机由6kV、440kW、2965r/h的电机拖动,根据运行几年的情况分析存在以下问题: 1)由于历史的原因,原设计容量过大,导致生产中送风量远远大于水煤气炉需风量,然而为了满足生产工艺要求,长期以来采取人工调节风机进出口阀门开度的方法
1 Preface Wuhan Pipeline Gas Company currently has 3 sets of water gas stoves with a diameter of 3m, which are all supplied by a D_(700)-13-2 centrifugal air blower produced by the Shanghai Blower Works. The nominal air volume is 700m~3/h. The wind pressure is 93.157kPa, and the outlet wind pressure is 120.62kPa. The fan is driven by motors of 6kV, 440kW, and 2965r/h. According to the analysis of the operation for several years, the following problems exist: 1) Due to historical reasons, the original design capacity is too large. As a result, the amount of air to be supplied in production is far greater than that required by water gas furnaces. However, in order to meet the requirements of the production process, a method of manually adjusting the opening degree of the inlet and outlet of the fan has been adopted for a long time.
