子宫颈癌的手术和放射治疗取得了很大成功,但仍有部分患者治疗失败,人们试行各种形式的化疗。许多研究表明,化疗对子宫颈复发和转移癌有一定的治疗作用;新辅助化疗联合手术可能有益于子宫颈癌早期高危患者;盆腔动脉插管化疗可能优于全身化疗。
Cervical cancer surgery and radiotherapy have been very successful, but there are still some patients failed treatment, people try all forms of chemotherapy. Many studies have shown that chemotherapy has a certain therapeutic effect on cervical cancer recurrence and metastasis; neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined surgery may benefit early high-risk patients with cervical cancer; and pelvic arterial chemotherapy may be superior to systemic chemotherapy.
