用斑点杂交法分析了Ｇｅ－１３２体外对ＣｏｎＡ诱导的小鼠脾细胞表达ＩＬ３ｍＲＮＡ的影响。结果Ｇｅ－１３２使鼠脾细胞表达ＩＬ３ｍＲＮＡ在２０ｈ左右达高峰，有效剂量范围较大（１０－３μｇ／ｍｌ～１００μｇ／ｍｌ），尤以１０－１μｇ／ｍｌ和１μｇ／ｍｌ两个剂量效果为佳，提示Ｇｅ－１３２促进造血的作用与其提高Ｔ细胞表达ＩＬ３有关。
The effect of Ge-132 on ConA-induced IL3 mRNA expression in mouse spleen cells was analyzed by dot blot hybridization. Results Ge-132 induced the expression of IL-3 mRNA in rat spleen cells to reach the peak at about 20h with a large effective dose range (10-3μg / ml ~ 100μg / ml), especially at 10-1μg / ml and 1μg / ml , Suggesting that the role of Ge-132 in promoting hematopoiesis is related to increasing the expression of IL-3 in T cells.
