以实例设计了结晶器热态调宽系统。应用创新方法TRIZ理论,对当前调宽系统存在的漏钢问题进行了分析求解;并重点对系统的关键生产参数进行建模定量研究,推导出调宽速度和铸机拉速的定量计算公式;为结晶器热态调宽系统的安全使用提供了理论依据。
An example is given to design a mold thermal modal system. The TRIZ theory of innovation method is used to analyze and solve the existing problems of steel leakage in the widened system. The key production parameters of the system are emphatically studied and quantitatively studied, and the quantitative formula for adjusting the width and drawing speed of the casting machine is deduced. It provides a theoretical basis for the safe use of the hot mold widening system.
