肺隔离症是少见的先天性发育异常的肺部疾病 ,巨大肺隔离症更为少见 ,我院成功地诊治 1例巨大肺隔离症 ,现报告如下 :病人女性 ,5 4岁 ,10余年前因胸闷、气短 ,在天津检查为右肺神经源性肿瘤 ,肿块约鸡蛋大小。近日症状加重 ,故来院就诊。查体 :右下肺呼吸音减弱。实验室检查正
