文章提出了高强路面混凝土配合比设计方法。其主要特点是先从保证混凝土的强度和耐久性出发考虑材料组成,然后用减水剂来调节新拌混凝土的工作性以满足施工要求。使用0.31的水胶比和D5-20mm粒径的粗骨料,并掺加硅灰来制备28天抗折强度大于7.0MPa的高强路面混凝土是适宜的。实际施工试验结果表明,路面混凝土28天抗折强度都达到7MPa以上。提出了确定路面切缝时间的预测模型,根据现场测定的混凝土内部温度变化情况,对混凝土路面开裂风险进行了计算,所得结果与施工现场情况相符。
The article puts forward the design method of high-strength pavement concrete mix proportion. Its main feature is to first consider the material composition from the assurance of the strength and durability of concrete, and then use water-reducing agent to adjust the workability of fresh concrete to meet the construction requirements. It is appropriate to use a water-cement ratio of 0.31 and a coarse aggregate with a diameter of D5-20mm, and to add silica fume to prepare high-strength pavement concrete with a breaking strength of more than 7.0MPa for 28 days. The actual construction test results show that the pavement concrete 28 days flexural strength reached more than 7MPa. The prediction model for determining the time of road cutting was put forward. According to the change of temperature inside the concrete measured in the field, the risk of cracking of concrete pavement was calculated, and the result was consistent with the construction site.
