社会经济发展促进计算机网络技术的进步,很多人惊呼信息网络时代已经到来。基层部队思想政治教育工作在享受信息网络便利的同时,也面临着一些新的问题及挑战。因此信息网络环境下基层部队做好思想政治教育创新研究工作具备现实意义。基于此,本文中以精细化管理为例,分析如何在基层部队思想政治教育工作中应用这种新的管理模式,实现提高教育管理效果的目的。
Social and economic development to promote the progress of computer network technology, many people exclaimed the era of information network has come. Ideological and political education at the grass-roots units, while enjoying the convenience of information networks, also faces some new problems and challenges. Therefore, it is of practical significance to do a good job of innovative research on ideological and political education among grass-roots units under the information network environment. Based on this, taking the fine management as an example, this article analyzes how to apply this new management mode in the ideological and political education of grassroots units so as to achieve the goal of improving the effectiveness of education management.
