工作倦怠在医务人员中普遍存在,文章首先总结了医务人员工作倦怠的现状,然后分析并总结了医务人员工作倦怠的相关因素,提出了针对医务人员工作倦怠的四项干预措施。
Job burnout is ubiquitous among medical staff. The article first summarizes the current situation of medical staff job burnout, then analyzes and summarizes the related factors of medical staff job burnout, and puts forward four interventions aimed at the burnout of medical staff.
