偏远山区的教学工作与城区相比有所不同,农村的学生大部分是留守儿童、单亲家庭、贫困学生,父母常年不在家的、父母离异的或者家中散失劳动力的学生,他们不像城里的学生那样(父母能照顾的周到,回家父母给补课,有父母管理生活作息),而农村的学生就不具备这样的条件,为此,这样的工作便落到了班主任教师的肩上,帮助农村学生摆脱各种困难是教师的重任。
Teaching in remote mountainous areas is different from that in urban areas. Most rural students are left-behind children, single-parent families, poor students, parents who are not at home all year round, parents divorced, or laborers lost at home, unlike the urban Students (parents can take care of, go home parents make up classes, parents to manage life and work), while rural students do not have such conditions, so that work fell to the class teacher’s shoulder, to help rural Students get rid of all kinds of difficulties is the teacher’s task.
