今年2月,云南省个旧市蔓耗高峰汽修厂修理工朱某,田某在修理汽车油箱时,油箱突然起火并爆炸,两人被严重烧伤。在场的工作人员拨打120急救电话将二人送医院抢救,朱某伤势过重,经抢救无效死亡;田某伤势较轻,经治疗后出院。因为汽修厂为职工参加了工伤保险,红河州劳动保障局认定朱某为工伤死亡,田某为工伤;个旧市社保中心及时支付朱某工伤医疗
