目的 探讨高原地区人群性激素的变化。方法 采用放射免疫法对居住在高原地区35 8例正常人的血浆睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )浓度与年龄和血红蛋白 (Hb)等之间的相互关系。结果 6 0~ 6 9岁及 70岁以上年龄组男性T浓度及女性E2 浓度与 2 0~ 49岁及 5 0~ 5 9岁年龄组T的浓度之间均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。T/E2 比值在男性中随年龄增加而下降 ,女性中则随年龄增加而上升。结论 在高原低氧环境中 ,人群性激素水平的差异可能与机体衰老和性行为有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of sex hormones in the population in the plateau area. Methods The relationship between plasma testosterone (T), estradiol (E2) and age and hemoglobin (Hb) were determined by radioimmunoassay in 358 normal people living in the plateau. Results There was a significant difference between the male T and female E2 concentrations in the age group of 60 ~ 69 years and over 70 years old and the T concentrations in the 20 ~ 49 and 50 ~ 59 years old group (P <0 0 1, P <0 0 5). The T / E2 ratio decreases with increasing age in men and increases with age in women. Conclusion The differences in sex hormone levels may be related to senescence and sexual behavior in the plateau and hypoxia environment.
