中国北方工业深圳公司1981年创建之初,就建立了党的组织。1989年召开了第一次党代会,正式选举产生了党委和党的纪律检查委员会。公司现有党员379名,占公司本部员工三分之一以上,按业务部室共划分为13个党支部,建立了党总支。公司还在所属40多家内联、直属及中外合资企业中,建立了2个企业党委,16个直属党支部。同时,代管了3个单位的党组织。13年来,我们在兵总、北方公司和深圳市的领导下,坚持党的基本路线,重视党的建设。公司在各项事业的发展中,都注意发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。现在,员工们所处的环境条件发生了很大变化,公司员工中相当一部分是从山区的老兵工企业来到了开放的特区城市;过去是计划经济下的产品制造者,现在是市场经济条件下办企业、搞销售、搞进出口贸易;过去与国内的客人
