Improving the overall quality of the people and training high-quality personnel are the major factors that will enhance the competitiveness of the Chinese nation in the future. Early childhood stage is the foundation of education, good education received in early childhood will play a guiding role throughout the life, which also put forward higher requirements for preschool teachers.
