张小全是古力巴克乡库木托喀依村的农民,今年五十四岁,全家六口人,只有两个劳力。在吃“大锅饭”的年代里,老张家因人口多,孩子小,几乎连年负债,生活一直很困难。现在党的农村经济政策给老张家带来了生机,生活有所好转,温饱问题得到解决。但由于老张缺乏农业生产经验,粮食产量提高得不快,家庭生活仍不如其他农民。
Zhang Xiaoquan is a farmer from Tuokaci village in Gullibak township. At the age of 54, his family of six has only two laborers. In the era of eating “big pot”, Lao Zhang family had been in a difficult situation because of its large population and small children, which has been debts year after year. Now that the party’s rural economic policy has brought vitality to the old Zhang family, life has improved and the problem of food and clothing has been solved.
