Objective: To explore the value of dynamic CRAMS scoring method in the first aid of wounded earthquake victims. Methods: The CRAMS score method was used to classify the severity of the injuries of 1070 earthquake victims and to observe the dynamic changes of CRAMS score. Results: There were 569 minor injuries (≥7 points), 486 severe injuries (≤4 points) and 15 cases of critical injuries (≤3 points). The lower the CRAMS score was, the higher the mortality rate was. Emergency surgery intervention was significantly higher than the proportion of minor injuries. CRAMS score increased, suggesting that the disease tends to be stable, lower scores, suggesting that the disease worsened. Conclusion: The CRAMS score can better reflect the severity of injury and injury, which is of great significance to the treatment of batches of earthquake victims. The dynamic changes of scores can help medical staff to determine the injury in time and adjust the treatment plan.
