2015年是中国人民抗日战争胜利70周年。中国人民抗日战争纪念馆举办了“伟大胜利历史贡献——纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年主题展览”开幕式,取得了良好的社会效应。本文以筹备纪念抗战胜利70周年主题展览为例,运用项目管理的基本工具,探索项目管理在大型主题展览筹备过程中的必要性和可行性,旨在为今后工作提供借鉴经验。
2015 is the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese War. The Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japan Memorial Hall held the opening ceremony of the “Great Victory History Contribution - Thematic Exhibition for Commemorating the 70th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese War and the World Anti-Fascist War” and achieved good social effects. Taking the theme exhibition in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War as an example, this paper uses the basic tools of project management to explore the necessity and feasibility of project management in the preparation of large-scale theme exhibitions, and aims to provide reference for future work.
