目的 :探讨L 精氨酸对体外培养的人肾系膜细胞 (HMCL)增殖的影响。方法 :用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法测定不同浓度L 精氨酸培养液中HMCL的增殖情况。结果 :随L 精氨酸浓度增加 ,细胞生长受抑制。L 精氨酸浓度大于 2 0mmol·L-1时 ,细胞生长的抑制与对照组比较有统计学意义。选择L 精氨酸敏感浓度 2 5mmol·L-1评价其时间效应 ,0~ 48h内抑制率增加。结论 :L 精氨酸抑制人肾系膜细胞增殖 ,呈浓度、时间依赖性 ,其对治疗慢性肾纤维化具有潜在价值。
Objective: To investigate the effect of L-arginine on the proliferation of cultured human mesangial cells (HMCL) in vitro. Methods: The proliferation of HMCL in different concentrations of arginine was measured by MTT colorimetry. Results: As L arginine concentration increased, cell growth was inhibited. L arginine concentration greater than 20mmol·L-1, cell growth inhibition compared with the control group was statistically significant. Select L arginine sensitive concentration 25mmol·L-1 to evaluate the time effect, 0 ~ 48h inhibition rate increased. Conclusion: L-arginine can inhibit the proliferation of human mesangial cells in a concentration-dependent and time-dependent manner, which has potential value in the treatment of chronic renal fibrosis.
