目的研究聪耳颗粒对实验性老年豚鼠听力损伤的保护作用。方法选用耳廓反射正常的3月龄豚鼠随机分为对照组,D-半乳糖模型组、耳聋左慈丸组和聪耳颗粒高、中、低剂量组。另取10月龄老年豚鼠作为自然衰老模型组。除对照组、自然衰老模型组外,其余各组豚鼠经腹部scD-半乳糖造模。末次给药后测定脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)阈值,静脉取血检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)。结果聪耳颗粒各组豚鼠ABR值较D-半乳糖模型组和自然衰老模型组明显下降;聪耳颗粒高、中剂量组豚鼠的SOD活性较D-半乳糖(模型组)和自然衰老模型组明显升高;聪耳颗粒各组MDA较D-半乳糖模型组和自然衰老模型组明显降低。结论聪耳颗粒对D-半乳糖造成豚鼠衰老和听力下降具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Congling Granules on experimental elderly guinea pigs with hearing impairment. Methods Three-month-old guinea pigs with normal auricular reflex were randomly divided into control group, D-galactose model group, acupuncture Zuo Ci Wan group, and high-dose, medium-dose, and low-dose groups. Another 10 months old old guinea pig was used as a natural aging model group. Except for the control group and the natural aging model group, other groups of guinea pigs were modeled by abdominal scD-galactose. Brainstem auditory evoked potential (ABR) thresholds were measured after the last administration and venous blood was taken for detection of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA). The results showed that the concentration of ABR in guinea pigs in each group was significantly lower than that in the D-galactose model group and the natural aging model group; the SOD activity in the high- and middle-dose CG group was higher than that in the D-galactose group (model group) and the natural aging model group. Significantly increased; MDA in each group of Conger particles was significantly lower than that in the D-galactose model group and the natural aging model group. Conclusion Cong ling granules have obvious protective effects on aging and hearing loss in guinea pigs caused by D-galactose.
