本文探讨用表面活性剂抽取M、N抗原对双位点一步ELISA反应灵敏度的影响。结果提示 ,0 2 %OBG (n Octy1β D glucopyranoside )、 0 0 5 %TritonX 10 0和 0 0 5 %Tween 2 0等表面活性剂用于提取人血痕中N抗原 ,能明显提高检测的灵敏度。
This article explores the effect of surfactant extraction on the sensitivity of the two-site, one-step ELISA with M and N antigens. The results suggest that surfactants such as 0 2% OBg (n Octy1β D glucopyranoside), 0 0 5% Triton X 10 0 and 0 0 5% Tween 2 0 can be used to extract N antigen in human bloodstains, and the detection sensitivity can be significantly improved.
