检测了45例生殖器疱疹(GH)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)。结果显示:45例患者外周血sIL-2R水平高于正常人(P<0.001),并伴有CD;细胞减少(P<0.05),CD_8~+细胞增多(P<0.005)及CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值降低(P<0.001)。这表明GH患者细胞免疫功能受抑制。血清中sIL-2R水平与GH患者的免疫功能有一定关系,检测其含量对估计患者的细胞免疫功能在临床具有参考价值。
Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) were detected in 45 patients with genital herpes (GH). The results showed that the level of sIL-2R in peripheral blood of 45 patients was higher than that of normal people (P <0.001), accompanied with CD, decreased (P <0.05), increased CD_8 ~ + cells CD_8 ~ + ratio decreased (P <0.001). This shows that GH patients with suppressed cellular immune function. Serum sIL-2R levels and immune function in patients with GH have a certain relationship, the detection of its content in the assessment of cellular immune function in patients with a reference value.
