通过对浙江省部分高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的现状调查,分析存在的主要问题,提出了进一步加强兼职教师队伍建设的对策与建议。
Through the investigation of the status quo of the construction of part-time teachers in some higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the main problems and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the construction of part-time teachers.
