本文用一步溶剂热法合成Ag纳米等离激元增强的LaF3∶Eu3+纳米晶体,纳米银的加入使合成的LaF3∶Eu3+纳米晶体的荧光强度增强,这得益于银的表面等离子共振效应。实验中,硝酸银的使用量为5μmol时(LaF3∶Eu3+纳米晶体的量为1 mmol),LaF3∶Eu3+纳米晶体的荧光性能最好。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析产物的物相,透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究产物微观形貌,荧光分光光度计检测其荧光性能。
In this work, Ag nanoflake enhanced LaF3: Eu3 + nanocrystals were synthesized by one-step solvothermal method. The addition of nanosilver enhanced the fluorescence intensity of the synthesized LaF3: Eu3 + nanocrystals, which is attributed to the surface plasmon resonance of Ag. In the experiment, the fluorescence of LaF3:Eu3 + nanocrystals was the best when the amount of silver nitrate was 5μmol (the amount of LaF3:Eu3 + nanocrystals was 1 mmol). The phase of the product was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), the morphology of the product was investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the fluorescence of the product was detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer.
