全国涉外税收工作会议于8月31日至9月4日在山东省威海市召开,国家税务局副局长杨崇春、山东省税务局副局长崔俊慧及各省、市、自治区、计划单列市、沿海开放城市从事涉外税收工作的代表共100多人参加了会议。这次会议的主要内容是,研究贯彻执行外商投资企业和外国企业所得税法及其实施细则;讨论新老税法衔接若干业务问题以及现行的行政法规解释文件与新税法不一致的清理问题,研究外商投资企业间接出口产品的税收问题;研讨外资、中外合资金融机构有关税收问题等。
