目的:为了解小学生学习困难成绩差的原因,与智商值、智力低下有无关系,对150名学习困难1~6年级学生进行体检和智力测验。方法:采用中国修定韦氏儿童智力量表法和社会适应行为量表法来测定。结果:智商正常范围内91人,低于正常者59人,符合智力低下者仅21人,占总数14%,以生物医学异常的19名(90.48%),以社会心理因素者2名(9.52%)。结论:智力低下儿为低智商中的一部分,二者不可相同,都有学习困难,但智力低下者难以改变,非智力低下者可以改变。
Objectives: To understand the causes of poor pupils’ learning difficulties and their relationship with IQ and mental retardation, 150 physical and mental tests were conducted on students in grades 1 to 6 with learning difficulties. Methods: The Chinese revision of Wechsler children’s intelligence scale method and social adaptive behavior scale method to determine. Results: Among the normal range of IQ, 91 were normal, 59 were lower than normal, 21 were mental retardation, accounting for 14% of the total, 19 were biomedical abnormalities (90.48%), 2 were psychosocial factors (9.52%). Conclusion: Mental retardation is a part of low IQ, both of which can not be the same. All of them have learning difficulties, but those with mental retardation are hard to change and non-mental retardation can change.
