[目的]探讨煤制甲醇作业工人神经行为功能与血清中代谢型谷氨酸受体1(metabotropic glutamate receptor1,mGluR1)含量的变化。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,选取某煤化工分公司甲醇厂95名脱硫泵房作业工人为暴露组,另选该厂管理人员122名为对照组。采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试方法进行神经行为功能测试,采取酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中mGluR1的表达水平。[结果]暴露组紧张-焦虑、有力-好动标准分中位数分别为52.75、49.92,均高于对照组中位数(50.73、45.77),而愤怒-敌意、疲劳-惰性、困惑-迷茫标准分中位数分别为49.88、49.17、51.13,均低于对照组(52.96、51.47、51.13)(P<0.01)。暴露组打点数、正确打点数、数字译码、顺序总分、倒序总分、数字跨度标准分中位数分别为51.93、51.92、50.06、48.01、54.51、52.92,均高于对照组(51.52、50.21、47.66、41.60、48.24、50.34);错误打点数标准分中位数为49.24,低于对照组(51.52)。暴露组mGluR1含量为2.11 ng/L,低于对照组2.24 ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。神经功能测定与mGluR1含量之间有相关性,打点数、正确打点数、错误打点数、数字译码、顺序总分、倒序总分、数字跨度与mGluR1含量相关系数分别为0.180、0.193、-0.071、0.025、-0.167、-0.031、-0.080(P均<0.01)。[结论]煤制甲醇作业环境可导致作业人员的神经行为改变,使得mGluR1含量降低。
[Objective] To explore the changes of neurobehavioral function and the content of metabotropic glutamate receptor1 (mGluR1) in coal-derived methanol-exposed workers. [Method] The method of cluster sampling was used to select 95 desulfurization pumping station workers in the methanol plant of a coal chemical branch as the exposure group, and 122 managers in the plant were selected as the control group. Neurobehavioral tests were performed using the neurobehavioral core test recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), and the expression of mGluR1 in serum was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). [Results] The tension, anxiety and potent-active standard sub-median of the exposed group were 52.75 and 49.92, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group (50.73 and 45.77), respectively. The anger- hostility, fatigue- inertia, puzzled-confused The standard sub-median were 49.88,49.17,51.13, were lower than the control group (52.96,51.47,51.13) (P <0.01). The number of punctuation, correct punctuation, number decoding, sequential total score and total reverse order of the exposure group were 51.93, 51.92, 50.06, 48.01, 54.51 and 52.92 respectively, which were higher than that of the control group (51.52, 50.21,47.66,41.60,48.24,50.34). The median score of false management was 49.24, lower than that of the control group (51.52). The level of mGluR1 in exposed group was 2.11 ng / L, which was lower than 2.24 ng / L in control group (P <0.01). There was a correlation between neurological function and mGluR1 content. The correlation coefficients of number of dots, number of correct dots, number of incorrect dots, number decoding, sequential total score, total reverse order, number span and mGluR1 content were 0.180,0.193,0.071 , 0.025, -0.167, -0.031, -0.080 (all P <0.01). [Conclusion] The coal-to-methanol working environment can lead to the change of neurobehavioral characteristics of workers and the decrease of mGluR1 content.
