[目的]为桂职1号的大面积推广应用提供理论和实践依据。[方法]以福鼎大白(华茶1号)为母本、上林安塘种为父本杂交后代(F1代)群体中选育所得的无性繁殖系,育成特早生、优质、高产茶树新品种桂职1号。2010~2013年采用随机排列对比法设计品比试验,对该品系的植株性状、成活率、发芽密度、春季芽萌发期、鲜叶产量、制茶品质、生化成分和抗性等进行鉴定比较。[结果]桂职1号春季萌发期比福鼎大白(CK)提早10 d以上,产量与品质都超过福鼎大白。春茶和秋茶占全年总产量近60%;制成绿茶外形紧结显翠,夏茶没有其他品种茶的苦涩味,非常适合制成绿茶;水浸出物、茶多酚和咖啡碱含量比福鼎大白低,氨基酸含量虽比福鼎大白低,但仍处于较高水平,香气和滋味比福鼎大白好;抗逆性、抗病虫害都强于福鼎大白。[结论]桂职1号在广西多点种植表现良好,值得大面积推广。
[Objective] To provide theoretical and practical basis for large-scale popularization and application of Gui-Wei-1. [Method] With Fuding Dabai (Huacha 1) as the female parent and Shanglin Antang variety as the male offspring (F1 generation) Variety Gui-1 on the 1st. From 2010 to 2013, the random number comparison test was used to compare the plant traits, survival rate, germination density, spring bud germination period, fresh leaf yield, tea quality, biochemical composition and resistance. [Result] Gui-no-1 germinated more than 10 days earlier than Fuding daibai (CK), yield and quality exceeded Fuding daibai. Spring tea and autumn tea account for nearly 60% of the total output of the whole year. Green tea is tightly knotted and has no bitterness of other varieties of tea, which is very suitable for making green tea. Water extract, polyphenols and caffeine content ratio Fuding white, amino acid content, although lower than the Fuding white, but still at a high level, aroma and taste better than the Fuding white; resistance, pests and diseases are stronger than the Fuding white. [Conclusion] Gui-1 was well planted in Guangxi and deserved to be widely popularized.
