随着我国社会经济的快速发展,我国的职业院校也取得很大的发展。作为法律专业人才培养的主要院校,法律类职业院校近年来的发展受到广泛关注。但根据法律类职业院校的实际情况,其教学中还存在很多问题,严重阻碍院校的人才培养。根据法律类院校的教学现状,对其中存在的问题进行分析,并探讨法律类职业院校实例教学的改革完善途径。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country, our country’s vocational colleges have also made great progress. As the major institutions for cultivating legal professionals, the development of law vocational schools has drawn wide attention in recent years. However, according to the actual situation of legal vocational colleges, there are still many problems in teaching, which seriously impede the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. According to the teaching status quo of legal colleges and universities, the author analyzes the existing problems and discusses the ways to reform and perfect the case teaching in legal vocational colleges.
