目的 :检测中药“口康”含漱液的抑菌作用及强度 ,为临床治疗口腔感染疾病提供实验依据。方法 :将琼脂培养基与不同梯度的“口康”含漱液混合 ,灭菌后倒皿 ,再接种口腔感染致病菌 ,同时 ,作一无药培养基对照 ,培养 1d后观察结果 ,以最低药物浓度不长菌者为该菌株MIC值。结果 :49株口腔致病菌中 ,2 7株革兰氏阴性杆菌MIC范围 0 .0 3~ 1.0g/ml,MIC50 均为 0 .12 5g/ml,MIC90 为 0 .12 5~ 0 .5g/ml;2 1株革兰氏阳性球菌MIC范围 0 .0 0 8~ 0 .5 g/ml,MIC50 0 .0 15~ 0 .12 5 g/ml,MIC90 为 0 .0 15~ 0 .5 g/ml;1株白色念珠菌MIC 0 .0 15g/ml。结论 :“口康”含漱液对各类不同口腔致病株均有抑菌作用 ;对革兰阳性球菌抑菌强度更佳 ,为革兰阴性杆菌的2~ 8个对比倍数 ;对念珠性霉菌抑菌作用较强
Objective : To test the antibacterial effect and strength of traditional Chinese medicine “KouKang” gargle, and to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of oral infectious diseases. Method: Agar medium was mixed with different grades of “Koukang” gargle, sterilized and sterilized, and then inoculated with pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity. At the same time, it was used as a drug-free medium control, and the results were observed after 1d. The MIC value of the strain was the lowest concentration of the drug. One gram of gram-positive cocci had a MIC range of 0.08 to 0.5 g/ml, MIC50 0. 0 15 to 0. 12 5 g/ml, and MIC90 was 0. 0 15 to 0.5. g/ml; 1 Candida albicans MIC 0.015 g/ml. Conclusion: “Koukang” gargle has bacteriostasis effect on all kinds of oral pathogenic strains; it has better antibacterial effect on gram-positive bacterium, which is 2-8 contrast multiples of gram-negative bacilli; Strong antibacterial effect of mold
