目的 探讨超低位去大骨瓣术联合亚低温在重型颅脑损伤患者中的疗效.方法 选择2015年8月-2018年8月本院收治的重型颅脑损伤患者153例,按照随机数字表法分为3组,各51例;A组采用常规去骨瓣术治疗,B组采用超低位去大骨瓣术治疗,C组采用超低位去大骨瓣术联合亚低温治疗;对比3组术后患侧大脑中动脉PI指数、JSO2、Jlac水平变化及疗效.结果 C组术后第5、10 d的患侧大脑中动脉PI指数低于A、B组(P＜0.05);C组术后第5、10d的JSO2水平高于A、B组,Jlac水平低于A、B组(P＜0.05);C组疗效优于A、B组(P＜0.05).结论 超低位去大骨瓣术联合亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者可有效保护脑组织,减轻颅脑损伤,改善预后.
