新课程“以学生的发展为本”的教学理念,改变了以往对教师教学能力、教学行为的价值认定:教师的一切劳动都必须为学生的学习和发展服务。作为教师自我适应与专业发展的核心手段,教师的课堂教学反思需要从学生学习的效度、教师教学行为和学生学习行为之间的关系、教师有效促进教学的专业能力提高等方面展开。课堂教学反思的重心必须围绕“能否实现或能否让更多的学生在更大程度上有效学习”进行。
The new curriculum “student development-oriented” teaching philosophy has changed the value recognition of teachers’ teaching ability and teaching behavior in the past: All the teachers’ work must serve the students’ learning and development. As a core measure of teacher self-adaptation and professional development, teacher’s classroom teaching reflection needs to be carried out in terms of validity of student learning, the relationship between teacher teaching behavior and student learning behavior, and the professional ability of teachers to effectively promote teaching. The focus of classroom teaching reflection must focus on whether “whether or not more students can effectively learn” can be achieved.
