信息学奥林匹克竞赛给广大优秀中学生创造了一个施展抱负和才华的空间及机遇。举办信息学奥赛及信息学奥赛辅导也是全面实施素质教育的一个重要组成部分。培养优秀的奥赛学生,不但要使他们掌握好丰富的信息学知识,更不能忽略心理素质的培养和教育。且一个优秀学生的良好心理素质有时比丰富的知识更为重要。辅导过程中应让学生认识到,竞赛特别是高层次的奥赛,具有强烈的刺激性、竞争性。参赛并非追求名利,而是一种信心和能力的体现,是一次智力与技能的检验,是一次扩充知识和再学习的极好机会。参与正是奥林匹克精神的所在。
The Informatics Olympiad has created a space and opportunity for the outstanding middle school students to exert their aspirations and talents. Holding informatics and information science Olympiad counseling is also an important part of the full implementation of quality education. To train excellent Orsay students should not only make them master the rich knowledge of informatics, but also can not ignore the cultivation and education of psychological qualities. And good psychology of a good student is sometimes more important than rich knowledge. Counseling process should allow students to recognize that competitions, especially high-level Orsay, with a strong stimulating and competitive. Competition is not a pursuit of fame but a manifestation of confidence and ability. It is a test of intelligence and skills and an excellent opportunity to expand knowledge and learn again. Participation is where the Olympic spirit lies.
