2014年3月3日,全国两会正式拉开帷幕。经济生活、民生领域议题虽然是两会热点,但来自音乐艺术界的政协委员和人大代表也带着精心准备的提案或建议,参加了这场盛会。两会结束之后,本刊记者采访了几位北京音乐界的两会代表,请他们谈谈参加两会的心得体会。他们分别拿出在两会期间的提案或建议,这些无不是他们站在音乐艺术家的角度,思考着中国文化如何走出去、带着什么走出去、如何完善中国传统文化教育、如何建立“中国音乐文化海外传播新模式”等诸多问题。委员们希望提案最终能够得到落实,真正体现出其价值和意义。
March 3, 2014, the two sessions officially opened. Although the topics of economic life and people’s livelihood are the hot points of the two sessions, CPPCC members and deputies from the music arts community also attended the event with carefully prepared proposals or suggestions. After the end of the two sessions, our correspondents interviewed several representatives from the two sessions in Beijing’s music industry and asked them to talk about the experience of attending the two sessions. They separately put forward proposals or suggestions during the sessions of the NPC and CPPCC. These are not just their standpoint from the perspective of music artists, thinking about how Chinese culture goes global, what it takes to go abroad, how to improve Chinese traditional culture and education and how to establish “Chinese music New model of cultural overseas communication ”and many other issues. The members hope that the proposal will eventually be implemented and truly reflect its value and significance.
