“就业导向、能力本位”是体现高职教育目标的重要标志,实现高职教育人才培养目标的重要途径是加强实践性教学环节。广州城市职业学院自组建以来,在实践教学建设方面进行了一系列的改革和探索,以专业人才培养方案修订为契机,构建与理论教学体系有机融合的实践教学体系。其中最重要的一项工作就是推动“校企合作、工学结合”的人才培养模式,通过加强校内外实习(训)基地建设,与企业合作,开展“工学结合”的实践性教学改革。
“Employment-oriented, ability-based ” is an important symbol of higher vocational education objectives, an important way to achieve the goal of talent training in higher vocational education is to strengthen the practice of teaching. Since its establishment, Guangzhou Urban Vocational College has carried out a series of reforms and explorations in practice teaching construction. Taking the revision of the professional personnel training program as an opportunity, the Guangzhou Municipal Vocational College has constructed a practical teaching system integrating with the theoretical teaching system. One of the most important tasks is to promote the training model of “cooperation between universities and enterprises, and work-study integration”. By strengthening the construction of internship training bases both inside and outside the university, we should carry out practical teaching of “combination of work and study” with enterprises reform.
