人们应用维生素E(VE)抗衰老已有二十多年的历史。近年来随着细胞生物学的发展,对VE的生理作用和药物学的研究中,发现它对增强皮肤细胞活力,促进皮肤供血,防止皮肤衰老具有显著的作用。我们配制了VE霜用于保护皮肤,减少细小皱纹,治疗和预防色素斑生成和皮肤衰老效果较好。 处方:VE10g,硬脂酸26g,蜂蜡5g,三乙醇胺1.5ml,甘油8.5ml,蒸馏水110ml。 制备方法:取硬脂酸与蜂蜡加热熔融,离火后加三乙醇胺搅拌。另取VE、甘油置干燥容器中迅速将上项熔融的油相滤入顺同一方向快速搅拌数分钟,最后加沸蒸馏水继续搅拌使成乳剂。 讨论:人体皮肤的营养状态对皮肤有直接关系。若皮肤缺乏营养,会导制皮肤代谢机能降低,含水量减少,皮肤细胞变得衰老,皮肤干燥粗糙失去韧性,皮肤表面出现色素和皱纹。VE是重要的抗氧化剂和自
