采用逆相蒸发法制备稳定的白细胞介素2(IL-2)大单层脂质体,对其包封率、稳定性进行了测定。建立C57BL/6小鼠荷瘤动物模型,通过给荷瘤小鼠腹腔注射空白脂质体、单纯IL-2及IL-2脂质体来比较其在肿瘤生长中的抑制作用。结果是空白脂质体组抑瘤率为4.3%,单纯IL-2和脂质体IL-2的抑瘤率分别为34.0%和54.6%。空白脂质体组与单纯对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),脂质体IL-2组与单纯IL-2组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),脂质体IL-2的抑瘤率比单纯IL-2抑瘤率提高了20.6%。
The stable monolayer of interleukin 2 (IL-2) was prepared by reverse phase evaporation method, and its encapsulation efficiency and stability were determined. The animal model of C57BL / 6 mice was established. The inhibition of tumor growth was evaluated by intraperitoneal injection of blank liposomes, IL-2 alone and IL-2 liposomes. As a result, the inhibition rate of the blank liposome group was 4.3%, the inhibition rates of the pure IL-2 and liposome IL-2 were 34.0% and 54.6%, respectively. There was no significant difference between blank liposome group and control group (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference between liposome IL-2 group and IL-2 alone group (P <0.05) The inhibition rate of liposome IL-2 was 20.6% higher than that of IL-2 alone.
