当今社会,信息技术日新月异,知识更新的速度已远超出我们的想象。学习能力和信息处理能力都依赖于一种基本的能力——阅读能力。阅读作为学习的基础,是现代人所必备的技能。早在1982年,联合国教科文组织就向全世界发出“走向阅读社会”的号召,让阅读成为每个人日常生活不可缺少的部分。我国教育部2001年颁布试行的《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中,第一次明确地把幼儿早期阅读纳入语言领域的目标体系,提出要“引导幼儿接触优秀的儿童文学作品……利用图画、绘画和其他多种方式,引发幼儿对书籍、阅读和书写的兴趣,培养前阅读技能”。北京市丰台区草桥幼儿园在培养幼儿阅读习惯和阅读能力方面做出了力所能及的探索。我们有责任记录这样的探索,也盼望它能像一粒种子,在这片教育的沃土上生根发芽,借助“全民阅读”的时代呼吁,转化为整个国家幼儿阅读教育发展的内在动力。
In today’s society, with the ever-changing information technology, the pace of knowledge update has gone far beyond our imagination. Learning ability and information processing skills are dependent on a basic ability - reading ability. Reading as a basis for learning is a must for modern people. As early as 1982, UNESCO issued a call to read the world toward reading society, making reading an indispensable part of everyday life for everyone. China’s Ministry of Education promulgated the “Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial)” promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2001, for the first time explicitly incorporating early childhood reading into the target system of the language field and proposing to “guide young children’s access to excellent children’s literature ... Drawing, painting and many other ways, triggering children’s interest in books, reading and writing, and reading skills before training. ” Fengtai District, Beijing Caoqiao Kindergarten in training children’s reading habits and reading ability to make as much as possible to explore. It is our responsibility to record such an exploration and to hope that it will emerge as a seed in this fertile land of education. With the call for “universal reading,” it will translate into the intrinsic motivation for the development of preschool education in the entire country.
