随着我国综合国力的不断增强,我国的柴油机生产设计与制造行业亦迅速发展。与此同时,柴油机的振动与噪声作为机动车环境污染的一个重要方面也越来越受到相关方面的重视。研究分析柴油机的降噪减振技术,优化柴油机结构设计,以提高柴油机的结构性能并降低其噪声污染水平,已成为当前柴油机行业中相关人员的重要工作任务之一。本文对柴油机的相关理论进行了简要的介绍,阐述了柴油机的振动相关理论和其噪声产生的原因,对柴油机结构改进与降噪减振相关问题进行了重点分析,最后提出了几个改善柴油机降噪减振性能的建议,以期对相关的柴油机设计与制造工作人员有所启示。
As China’s overall national strength continues to increase, China’s diesel engine manufacturing design and manufacturing industry has also developed rapidly. At the same time, diesel vibration and noise as an important aspect of motor vehicle environmental pollution is also more and more concerned by the relevant aspects. Research on diesel engine noise reduction and vibration damping technology to optimize the diesel engine structural design to improve the structural performance of diesel engines and reduce the level of noise pollution has become one of the important tasks of the current diesel engine industry personnel. In this paper, the related theory of diesel engine is briefly introduced. The theory of vibration of diesel engine and the reason of its noise are expounded. The problems related to diesel engine structure improvement and noise reduction and vibration reduction are analyzed emphatically. Finally, Noise damping performance recommendations, with a view to the relevant diesel engine design and manufacturing staff have some inspiration.
