小学教育专业学生的职业素质与能力的培养,必须以专业知识为核心,加强文化基础知识和学科基础知识学习,构筑宽厚的专业发展平台,从而提高综合素质。英语是必须掌握的学科基础知识之一,根据小学英语新课程标准的要求和对所需英语方面的素养与能力分析,可以通过建立完善的考试考核制度;不断完善小学教育英语课程设计;亲近学生,关爱学生,关注英语课程教学;重视学生社会公德和职业道德的培养等来提高。
