[目的]探讨了土壤的降解和吸附等性质与土壤理化参数间的相互关系。[方法]采用室内模拟法研究氨唑草酮在吉林黑土、广东红壤土与江苏水稻土中的上述性质的移动特性。[结果]氨唑草酮在土壤中的半衰期为51.0~135.9 d。[结论]氨唑草酮在土壤中具有一定的持久性;难以被土壤颗粒表面吸附,其吸附性与土壤有机碳含量呈正相关;具有较强的移动性,对地下水存在一定的污染风险。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the relationship between soil degradation and adsorption properties and soil physical and chemical parameters. [Method] The indoor characteristics of amikacone in Jilin black soil, Guangdong red loam soil and Jiangsu paddy soil were studied by indoor simulation method. [Result] The half life of amicarbazone in soil was 51.0 ~ 135.9 d. [Conclusion] Aconazole was persistent in soil, hard to be adsorbed on the surface of soil particles, and its adsorption was positively correlated with soil organic carbon content. It had a strong mobility and posed a certain risk of contamination to groundwater.
