中国国际贸易促进委员会/中国国际商会调解中心(以下简称“调解中心”)成立于1987年,是以调解的方式,独立、公正地帮助中外当事人解决民商事纠纷的常设专业争议解决机构。调解中心推行调解员名册制,调解员由调解中心聘任,每届任期4年。受聘调解员可参加调解中心的国内外活动,应根据调解中心《调解员培训管理规定》参加调解员培训。按照规定参加培训的受聘调解员可接受当事人的选定或调解中心的指定,调解当事人之间的纠纷。
The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) / China Chamber of International Commerce Center for Conciliation (hereinafter referred to as the “Mediation Center”) was established in 1987 as a permanent professional dispute settlement agency that helps Chinese and foreign parties resolve disputes between civil and commercial affairs independently and impartially in a mediation manner. The Mediation Center promotes the roster system of mediators, appointed by the Mediation Center for a term of four years. Engaged mediators may participate in domestic and international activities of the Mediation Center and should attend mediator training in accordance with the Mediation Center Mediation Training Regulations. The employed mediators who participate in the training according to relevant provisions may accept the designation of the parties or the mediation center to mediate the disputes between the parties.
