部颁《公路建设工程可行性研究试行办法》(草案),对交通量的发展预测,目前尚无规定的计算方法。本文借鉴一些资料,结合本人进行的某项工程可行性研究,谈谈几种预测方法和体会。
The Ministry of Education promulgated the “Provisional Measures for Feasibility Study of Highway Construction Project” (draft). There is no prescribed calculation method for the development of traffic volume. This article draws on some information, combined with my own project feasibility study, talk about several prediction methods and experience.
