光敏诱导氚氢同位素交换反应在生物大分子上氚化方面的研究,国外未见报道。我们通过对伴刀豆球蛋白A(简称ConA)凝集素氚化压力及时间等方面实验条件的探索,在我们实验条件范围内找到较低氖压20mmHg和2小时光照较佳条件,对ConA、麦胚凝集素(WGA)、植物血浆凝集素(PHA)进行氚化标记,得到较理想结果。~3H—ConA、~3H-WGA和~3H-PHA比活度最高分别达66.30Ci/mmol、9.89Ci/mmol和100.86Ci/mmol,用放射性凝胶板电泳和高
Photoinduced tritium hydrogen isotope exchange reaction in tritiated biological macromolecules research, no reports abroad. We explored the experimental conditions of the concentration and concentration of lectin of Concanavalin A (ConA), and found the optimal conditions of low neon pressure of 20mmHg and 2 hours of illumination within the range of our experimental conditions.
