目的 观察路路通治疗糖尿病高脂及高粘血症的临床效果。方法 42例糖尿病合并高脂及高粘血症患者随机分组对照观察 ,路路通治疗组 2 2例给予路路通注射液 1 0g溶于低分子右旋糖酐注射液 5 0 0ml中静点 ,每日 1次 ,共 4周 ;对照组 2 0例降血糖等基本治疗与路路通组相同 ,另外只给予低分子右旋糖酐注射液 5 0 0ml静点 ,每日 1次 ,共 4周。结果 路路通组降血脂的总有效率为 80 % ,而对照组则无明显改善 ,差异显著 ,P <0 0 5。对高粘血症的有效率也显著高于对照组 ,P <0 0 5。结论 路路通对糖尿病高脂及高粘血症有良好疗效
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Luluotong in treating diabetes mellitus and hyperviscosity. Methods Forty-two patients with hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Lulungtong injection (10mg) given in low-molecular dextran injection (50ml) 1, a total of 4 weeks; the control group of 20 cases of hypoglycemic and other basic treatment and the same way Luotong group, in addition to low molecular dextran injection given 500ml static point, once daily for 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of LLLT group was 80%, while the control group had no significant improvement, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The effective rate of hyperviscosity was also significantly higher than the control group, P <0 05. Conclusion Lutong pass on diabetes hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity have a good effect
