平罗县以实施优秀年轻干部“墩苗”计划为抓手,对选调生进行重点“墩苗”培养,促其锻炼成长。一是强化责任,让“好苗子”有人育。把5名选调生纳入全县优秀年轻干部“墩苗”计划,针对性培养。时刻关注选调生的思想、工作、生活等情况,搭建互动交流平台,达到“双培养、共成长”的目的。建立选调生联系卡和培养管理档案,实行一月一谈话、一季一评定、半年一汇报、一年一总结的“四个一”管理模式,切实把选调生培养管理工作放在心上、抓在手里、固化在行动中。
